Cast Stone Production

Precision Production

We offer superior quality compared to precast concrete, without the higher cost of quarried stone. In this phase the approved mixture design is created and delivered to the appropriate production line. We then utilize the Vibrant Dry Tamping (VDT) method to compact the mixture into the mold. The tamped mold is then inverted and removed, producing the cast stone piece.

A finisher reviews the completed piece for imperfections and then transfers the piece to a curing room where it is subjected to warm humid conditions for a period of at least twelve hours. This highly controlled manufacturing process produces a rich, durable alternative to natural stone.
